You can cancel the order within 48 hours after placing it. The refund will take 3-5 business days to reach your original payment account.

Our policy is valid for 7 days. If the order has been successfully shipped for more than 7 days, unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also come with the original packaging.

If the product is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive gift points equivalent to the return value. After receiving the returned product, we will mail the gift voucher to you.
